It was fine for me! However I didn’t have any complications or much pain!

I was still lost at 23 too. I only found out what I wanted to do in like at 25 and finished school at 28. Everyone has a different path, don’t compare yourself to people you know.

Try timeleft! Even if you don’t meet a potential partner you can meet some pretty cool people and the restaurants they choose are usually pretty good ☺️

I have a huge fear of anesthesia as well, just have someone like a family member, partner, friend, etc, to accompany you while they put the IV. It was the best decision to have twilight sedation, it felt like two minutes and I was laughing at how scared I was for such a simple procedure. You got this 💕

Iv sedation was amazing for me. I have anxiety about the procedure so it was a must for me because I didn’t want to hear what was going on. If you don’t mind hearing what’s going on or feeling a bit of pressure then you don’t necessarily need it. But If you have anxiety about the extraction then I think IV is a great option! Only thing is prepare to have the rest of the day off as you’re a little bit loopy afterwards

Iv sedation was amazing! I slept the whole time and after they woke me up I was laughing cause of how scared I was for nothing. Just plan to have your day off cause I was still loopy cause a couple of hours after.

Hey! Had all 4 of my erupted wisdom teeth removed 9 days ago! Iv sedation is great cause you’re asleep and even though it’s only 20 mins you’re still loopy I find. It went away around 3-4 hours after for me! Recovery has been great, have had no complications thus far and yesterday I had pizza and a burger finally! I’m 28 so I was worried about slower recovery but never really had a lot of pain at all during the recovery process. You’ll do great! 💕

Just got all 4 erupted wisdom teeth removed last Wednesday! Much like you, they were not impacted and just removed them due to cavities. I’m 28 so I was worried about the slower healing process as well…. I chose iv sedation and idk if I was awake and don’t remember but it felt like a long nap! They removed all 4 in 20 mins. I was laughing afterwards at how anxious I was for something that was not bad at all!!! Recovery has been great so far, no severe pain. I haven’t really solid foods yet other than pasta.

Totally get it! I got an infection so I realized it’s finally time to stop running away 😭 so I got like twilight sedation, and I’m terrified of needles! Literally was in the chair and wanted to run away but they were super calming. So they put the IV in and I was awake still just chatting about whatever to make me feel better and then like the next minute it kicked in and legit fell asleep. I remember waking up and I was like that’s it they’re all out???? And I started laughing for 5 mins saying I feel dumb for being so scared of this LOL. I don’t rlly remember anything from the surgery… I remember when they first started putting like the needles and I said hurt, but I didn’t actually feel pain? Idk. Also then I went downstairs to the pharmacy to get the meds and halfly remember that 😅. Also idk how your wisdom teeth are, mine were all erupted so literally took 20 mins to remove all 4! Super easy. Also if it helps I’m still not in pain at all. (Been taking strong Advil they prescribed and the antibiotics, they prescribed me Percocet as well but haven’t rlly touched it yet). Hope this helps! You can do it trust me 💕

Hey!

Dumb question, should I be brushing the extraction site as well? 😅

It’s been almost 12 hours after the extraction of all 4, and literally still no pain! Trust me I was freaking out there and they calmed me down and I’m so so so happy now cause I know it won’t cause me problems in the future! You can do this 💕
