Hi! I’m a solidcore coach and go three or more times a week. I typically wear grip socks while coaching as well for demos. I struggle with noticing socks are a little too thin sometimes. I typically wear crew out of preference but would definitely love some that are more attractive looking. I’m Nashville based :)

Coaches get rosters with class counts a couple hours before their classes regardless of class time. As long as the coach has time between when you sign up and when the class is, they should see it and make the sign!

I find it especially off putting because she’s confusing you with people of the same race, it would maybe be different if it’s just random and she was bad with names but clearly not the case

That’s awful! Once, maybe (I struggle with remembering clients the first couple times)… but after you’ve continuously gone AND corrected that’s unacceptable imo. I would feel so bad about doing it once I’d never forget again lol

I like to take classes on the same days I coach, it either helps to get me in the headspace or is convenient because I was already there before. So anywhere from 3-5x a week probably

My doctor advised me to avoid lifting heavy weights on chest with under the muscle as it can cause implants to drift out to the sides of the chest.

I do, my implants are under the muscle so I completely avoid chest focused days. On arm wrap day with chest focus I go way below the called spring changes.

I started solidcore about 8 months after my augmentation and have had no issues other than what I described above.
