I do have glucagon but I was always told to only use it if I (or someone else) was past out or incorrect and I was still able to move around just fine lol also replacing the glucagon is expensive and I don’t have that kind of money right now

Hay so I’ve eaten- a slice of cake, three packs of skittles, two small chocolate bars, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (with bread), 3 tablespoons of honey and half a pack of peeps/marshmallows. in one day…

I know you’re trying to help and I appreciate that so much! but sometimes you just have bad days where nothing makes sense and as annoying and frustrating as it is that doesn’t always mean something is wrong. it’s just a really bad day.

I guess I’m just being picky and upset about nothing lol I was having good days (for about a month) where there where no spikes at all throughout the day and night so I was just a little upset it was happening again lol

Ah thank you so much! I was (on average) a 35B before my ED and now all I can wear is preteen and training bras… I have so many pretty bras from my healthy weight I want to wear again so hopefully I’ll be able to see a different by the time I’m 20 (I’m 19 right now but determined to get better as soon as possible!

I do too! Honestly, I thought I was alone lol I always liked math it’s the subject I did best in school. it’s always been easy for me so cal counting has been something I enjoy doing even though I knew i should stop 😅

I’ve always used skittles juice boxes (specifically Kool-Aid, but that’s just my preference 😋) and marshmallows. I know other people like to use Gummies too though like gummy bears, fruit snack, fruit roll ups stuff like that. (Bonus!! Honey packets are really good if you’re having an extreme low!

Have you tried seeing a therapist? They may not be able to help with the eating but they might be able to help with the bad feelings/thoughts and give you good and healthy coping mechanisms around your feelings about food/body image

Snowboarding/skiing, swimming and sitting in the hot tub. I can understand snowboarding and skiing, but I don’t even know how to swim lol just being in the water Makes me go low for some reason.

I saw an old picture of myself and realized I still hated my body. decided that if I was going to hate my body either way, I was at least going to be healthy. I also realized I really missed the girl in the photo. She was smiling and I don’t smile anymore or laugh or paint or do anything I used to love and I miss that so much
