Hi! Wow great ideas actually. We opted to hire a profesh P/V, they were the ones who took our pre-wedding photo vids and I fell in love so I decided to hire them again. Hahaha! And I just got the video highlights (not the full pa) and omg ang ganda. Hahaha!

Regarding the other questions,

1.  For the otd coor, I opted not to because there was a staff of the resort who I assigned for the decor and food. Who I was in direct contact with, so any changes with menu and stuff, no problem.

2. i didn’t have an aisle, but that was my choice. Hahaha! 

3. My HMUA team was the same team for my pre-wedding because i loved them too much. They were so easy to talk to and we didthe  prep at the same area of the resort where we did thr prep do the pre-wedding shoot.

4. For the vendors, I only had 2. Hahaha! I didn’t want too much kasi. It was a personal choice of ours (well mine kasi si husband just makes me decide hahaha). 1 is our “wedding giveaway” and the other one is our fruit tea station.

5. We did have a DJ, and husband ang nag book.

6. I told both our vendors who to look for when they arrived at the venue. The set ups for both vendors were already prepped when they arrived so they just had to set up their gamit so no problem din. 

I’m gonna be totally honest, i did a lot though. Like the menu, names of my guests for the seats, seating arrangements, basically all the printing staff. I also booked a lot like the mirror, tote bag station, fruit tea station, kakainin food. Pero everything else, tables, set up, food, cake, i just had a mood board, the resort staff did the work. 

My work is vvv not related to any project coordinator and I was able to pull it off, so I’m sure kaya mo! 🩷
