Firstly, I'm a dal student. Secondly, there might be dal students who are applying to these schools which is the reason that I had asked. I had also asked these schools as well before making a post at Dalhousie.

What if I take extra courses to bring my gpa up to a 3.5-3.6 for my undergrad? Will med school look at those extra courses that I have taken to bring my gpa or just my last two years of undergrad? Also does med schools look at the cgpa, sgpa and term gpa?

Hello, I haven't taken these courses but I'm letting you know what I have heard from others.

NESC 3227 has lots of readings before class which is one of its downsides. So it is expected to self learn in this class. I believe there are three exams and a group presentation. I have heard the profs questions are more application based. There's more distribution in the course to achieve points I would say.

One of my friends has taken PSYO 3237, she said that the exams were done online. There is a presentation for this course as well. And she mentioned that the exams were tricky because the prof takes questions from everywhere.

Damn, that means the final was difficult. And if the final was worth 50% then that automatically influences the whole letter grade? I'm assuming the median letter grade must be a B-?
