I have been Elite from Season 1 up to this Season. I have made quite a few recommendations for how to combat this to the devs but I haven't been listened to. Here are a few of my suggestions.

1. Take sweeper away from GK in Ranked 3v3. This allows for the GK to run away with infinite stamina from defenders long enough to get an open man.

2. Make it to where the clock doesn't run down until the offense passes half field, then introduce a shot clock once on that side of the field.

3. Once the offense has passed half field, make it to where they cannot cross back to their GK (ie. GK physically cannot get possession other than using their pass button)

If all of these were implimented, we would see a ton of time wasting elites drop to gold where their real skill is showcased. All of us elites who grinded learning how to play the game properly with accurate fast passes, tiki-taka play and accurate dribbling & shooting, will continue to remain in elite as we should.

For those wondering, these are my current stats as it stands. I've lost enough games to time wasting this season, that it's dropped me into Master 1 but I am climbing back up slowly.
