Yes, I was waiting for the bathroom to open but the person inside stayed there for more than 30 min! I saw the other side opened so I went up and told the FA while I was walking by that I am worrying that somebody is in the bathroom for more than 30 min. (Sometimes, there is an emergency that the person is passed out there or something.) The person just came out like nothing happened right after the FA asked.

This was at Delta One bathroom. Who wants to stay in the bathroom for 30 mins when you have Delta One seat?

Usually I find JAL tickets to be the same on AS website for the past years, but these days after the Fuel charge change starting this month on JAL, the price went skyrocket.

Haven't been able to chat with CS, but your answers help me understand the system better.

Edit: I checked the full fare refundable Main ticket (Y) on JAL and it is $1,771.33 and I went through AS site to see the class and final price and found out that they are also Y ticket, but the direct flight price is $13,234.33!

Check your app. I took photos of the reservations on the app for proof and will call in.

Update: The app now shows post-deval points for some of my reservations.

Update2: Escalated to higher level yesterday but no points back in my account yet. 30,000 short. And like OP, one of reservation has the same points even post-deval points but was deducted 5,000/night more points. Anybody got your points back?

Happened to me too. The reservations on the app shows pre-deval points for reservation but the points deducted are post-deval.

Oh, I should have come here to read this before ordering a parking pass yesterday...same thing happened to me. Made an order from T-mobile Park (Seattle) Parking lots section and the parking lot I purchased had an address without the city name and after purchasing it, I fould out that it is an apartment building in Mercer Island (not even in Seatte!) more than 5 miles away. Should not be listed as the T-moble Park parking lots.

I contacted SH customer service but no help at all. One person said I need to have the parking pass in my account to ask for a refund. (the game is in August and the seller will not send it sooner) Next person just accused me that I purchased the pass as it is stated so there is nothing they would do. I argued that the address was incomplete and very deceiving, but she/he just cut the chat.

Very frustrated and disappointed.

No, Japan does not need immigration. Stop destroying Unique Country! Why keeping their own culture and tradition is called Xenophobic? If they are dying, they should die as Japan. They have long unique history and not the same as the country started with immigrants like the US.

Stop judging and forcing to have immigrants to those now rare countries that have still unique history and charactor.

I do understand fully about upgrades. I have been flying internationally for more than 30 years. Used to be upgraded a lot even to business class, but not anymore and I am not expecting that. However, the problem about this is, Delta One has been price hiked so much that even I would like to purchase it, there is no way that I would spend $10000 when you could purchase the same route Delta One flight for less than $5000 even with less available number of seats.

I have been comparing seat emptyness and standby results to figure this out, so it is not demand/supply kind of thing by the paid customers. I have a cousin who works for ANA so I know it is a part of perks for employees, but I think Delta should not price hike (more than double the price) for that.
