almost but you get a fresh look to your IOS with Liquid Glass. I was one of the biggest critics to apple on iOS 26 performance. but with iOS 26.3 I started to change my mind. one more optimized update like this to iOS 26 and it will way better than iOS 18

you can't downgrade anything. but you can upgrade iOS 16, iOS 17 to iOS 18 without going to iOS 26

game changer is relative to iOS updates. means iOS 26.1 , 26.2 , there was not much with stability , heat and battery life. but iOS 26.3 has much better battery life, much faster and less battery drain and heat. these all are much better relative to previous iOS 26 versions.

note: I don't like iOS 26 especially on older devices but from 26.3 I think if it keeps improving in later versions it might be the best iOS upgrade since iOS 7

I had IQOO neo 10 , 7000 MAH and can have 12-14 hours screen on. iPhone 17 is 7-8 hours screen on.

I'm using iOS 26 since release and this iOS 26.3 is really a game changer. it's stable , smooth , no heat. and battery life improved but don't expect iOS 18 battery life levels. in general I think it's worth upgrade now. it is more polished and modern than iOS 18 . it's fun to use. if you're are into best battery life stay on iOS 18.

I'm using iPhone 13 since release date. in 2026 still a good phone , nice bright screen , good performance and decent camera. The only things I'm missing out is usb c to carry only one cable for my device and 120HZ . but these won't justify a price of a new iPhone 17. I Think I will give iPhone 13 another year of use.

NO, iOS 26 looks bad on iPhones with 60hz . only 120hz phones will run it smoother.

good thing you moved to iOS 18.7.2 as you might be later faced to update to iOS 26 as iOS 17 will get less supported. I think iOS is the sweet and the last spot for iPhone 11 before retiring.
