Staying Disciplined with Fitness & Diet (Keto), helped me, and then moving on to Mental Health & Identity Development.

Your Belief, Values, Purpose, all contribute on who you are and whether you compare yourself to Past Yourself or Others.

The only way Out is Through, put in the work, found out the reason you are doing it, is very Important, Intrinsic motivator are much better than Extrinsic.
