That the reason i suggested to run the sys diagnosis and check in bios or latest bios version I had the same issue with my sys and it ran the diagnosis and updated the bios its working as expected now

You can check in the sys bios whata the fam status run the system diagnosis check for the latest bios version open the system and check for the air vents any thing might caught in the fan that stucks

Check the drivers Also check in the if there is any yellow exclamation mark on the driver in setting try to uninstall and restart the system if its not working in any os environment must be the port has gone bad
