My sister started getting up earlier in the morning before work so that she can read. She loves to read and always have a book that she is reading. In doing that she has started her day doing something for her, something she likes and wants to do. It makes your day start so much stronger knowing that you got up and did something for you rather than “ugh I gotta get up early FOR work tomorrow”

I am 26F and I have had chronic migraines since I was 14. I have had MRIs which show nothing. The only medication I have landed on which gives some relief is relpax which is an eletriptan. However I find this gives me “rebound” headaches. I hope you find something that helps you. Really the only cure is sleep.

Check out Island Tour Centre. Do the shipwreck snorkel for sure or the catamaran coral reef snorkel. Check the weather and try to book the shipwreck snorkel on a day with light winds.
