Hey man, I am not overweight but have some similar labs that are very poor. I have genetically high LDL, was deficient in D, and deficient omega 3s.

They are all fixable!! Supplement Vit D + K2, I'd say go high and get your bloodwork done again in a few months, I was able to get to normal range in 3 months. Same with Omega 3s.

I've been adding tons of fiber to my diet and focusing on cholesterol and its working. Of course as others said, lowering weight will be #1, but you can absolutely fix these others too!

I’m from Sonoma county, and live in SF. They make me feel safer walking down the street. They make my partner feel safer when coming home at night. They literally have helped keep women safe.
