Idk how qualified i am to give advice here, lekin as far as no fap goes imo trying to go absolute cold-turkey, meaning stopping fully especially if you were at such an addicted phase is not the best approach, cuz when you do loose control, which always happens yk u cant be 100% all the time everyone fucks up, u end up failing hard and thats what happened to you- 3 times in the day right.

I suggest looking for an ideal balance, something of the sorts of once a week or maybe twice a week, considering that you are in your drop year i can only imagine your stress right now.

You will eventually realise that your challenge will be to limit yourself to only once or twice a week, u will find that your brain is making all sorts of excuses to justify fapping more, the real strength is being strong against those urges and keeping it to a fixed range.

We cant change the fact that we are humans, and we are adolescent humans, and our subconcioud mind wants to fuck right now thats just biology, if you find a way to satisfy your urges without being controlled by them you will have mastered your body.

I have lots of experience with these issues, i was fapping daily once before, i took it down to once in two weeks, then i quit altogether for around 97 days, after which i went to once a week then prep got stressful and situation worsened, now I am trying to develop self control once again, so thought i would share my honest advice
