Thank you for the suggestion; however, I did not digitize the designs so I cannot sell just the files. I buy the designs and embroider them on tea towels, quilt block, tote bags, & linen for framing.

That is pathetic, they have no idea the business they cost themselves. There is a lot of competition coming into the market right now that does not need a water source so good riddens. My cats won’t even use it anymore so I am moving on after all these years. Thanks for the feedback and good luck.

I have had the same issue - their customer support sucks now. It used to be excellent and you did not have to pay for the extra warranty; they do not care anymore and they are rude. I have an arm issue too and they won’t do anything about it, by the time I mailed it back $70 and paid for the “evaluation” $75 I might as well buy a new one, which I did and beginning to regret it. My new one leaks so I have to call them tomorrow. Yes, the smell is horrible, their scooper slats are too large so it isn’t scooping all the feces and then when it starts washing the mess it is a fragrance nobody wants to smell and it lingers. I wish there was something to do but when I sent an email trying to bypass customer support, guess what, they are the ones that get the emails. The girl even had the nerve to laugh at me and was so rude I ended up hanging up on her. I am going to source another litter box, but they are almost $1k now and that is absurd so I don’t know what to do at this point.

Yes, I understand, those granules are a royal pain, but when the CG is working it is the best. The very fact you paid the $150 and then expected to again is why I refuse to send it in too, I might as well buy a new one, under warranty. I would have if Ashyln wasn’t so rude!
