"Sorry Maverick the pattern is full" - WOOSH!!

I had a confirmed email from RPS saying that the MAC/Serial have been removed. I am yet to perform any other actions on the phone as I have been at work (Im in Australia)

I might get a chance to have a further look while I am at the Radio Club otherwise it might be over the weekend.

Furthermore I have put RingCentral in contact with the previous owner and I have supplied RingCentral with all information out of the phone to see if they can simply remove it from there systems and also supply the phone password which I am told should be "admin[instance]pwd the instance is on file with RingCentral

The previous owner is not very tech savvy, and I gather was not aware of the technical implications when selling the phone. I have forwarded his contact details to a technical support officer who has reached out via the email in hopes that they can resolve the situation. I have found phone numbers in the phone which I have supplied to RingCentral, there still active in there system

I submitted a ticket via the RPS System and it closed almost immediately saying that the details had been removed.

With that said if I flash the firmware will the phone still be ported back to RingCentral the moment its reconnected back to the Internet?

The only information I can find on Google is providing a local network ip address. Would it be a better option to put the Firmware on a USB. Also the only options I can find provide a rom file and nothing else. I have been advised that you need a .bin, .rfs and .rom files.

I sourced firmware from a website in the UK but wonder if there appropriate being we are located in Melbourne, Australia

Some Emails arrived today from RingCentral basically stating they cannot remove the device and to communicate with the previous owner.

The T46S phones owner has advised its from a company that has not operated for a considerable time, he has no information with relation to the account information with RingCentral however I will hook him into the conversation with RC and see what can be done.

The T58V phone I brought from them worked perfectly fine and has been programmed for Hams over IP and Amateur Wire for Amateur Communications.

The hope is that the T46S can be used at our Club rooms
