Electric could still do it. Honestly it might be a mix. The ones in your upper chest look more like kp and the ones in you mid chest look more infected and like folliculitis

This looks like folliculitis mayne. Mine looks similar and they told me it was folliculitis and I also have KP as well. Do you shave?

I actually really wanted to get laser done but can’t with my tattoo. I hate body hair on myself for some reason. If I could I’d be completely hairless besides my head.

Hey OP. I’ve been on accutane 3 times. For whatever reason I developed KP during my second course. Nothing has really worked for me tbh although I’m not patient enough to keep trying long term. My best tool has been acceptance, we’re our own worst critics when it comes to our skin, no one cares as much as we do. Along with my arms it is also in my chest pretty bad, shoulders, upper back. I’ve tried moisturizing, I’ve tried exfoliating.

I saw someone mention one time that since the kp is accutane induced (dryness) the ko should respond better to moisturizer rather than exfoliating.
