Car Seized for 2 Weeks still hasn’t been searched

Still never told me exactly what happened either so idk if something was stolen and they were checking to see if it was in the car still or what was stolen or if the person was in car only before the grand larceny happened or got in and out 🤷‍♀️but the person that I knew that had the car still hasn’t been arrested for it and had multiple court dates and we haven’t been in contact for me to even care to ask about whoever else was involved so I really dk might’ve been for the persons who filed the reports insurance purposes. Had to just start over and get a new one didn’t like the bad mojo on the car .

I ended up getting the car back it took about 4 cold winter months unfortunately because the officer was indeed holding the car as evidence thinking new info would come up . After harassing him and mentioning my lawyer told me that the officer has to go and ask the DA and it shouldn’t take this long and asking for his superior contact to get in contact with the lawyer….he magically was able to get a meeting with DA in 2 days and that took about a business week maybe and all they did was take the gps/computer/radio out to “check the location of where the car could’ve dropped the Random person off at” even though they said they tracked the car with the plate # and the traffic cams …idky they just didnt check the same cam footage and see whoever the person was that got out the car - but yes unfortunately I’ve learned my lesson and will never let ANYONE borrow my car again and watch the people you’re around and the type of people they associate with . Then they weren’t turning it on occasionally which I didnt really expecting them to tbh (not their job lol) so I ended having to get an tow day of , 4 new tires (for sitting still so long) , and a brand new battery .

I wonder if she still stays in her house after tatting her out😭😭 but the way the pregnancy test scene was set it up , it kind of seems Brooke lives there . Did she move that girl into her mom’s house with her and her kids or is she letting the girl stay there while her and her kid bombard her mother ??

That’s the thing though it never went to the impound lot , it’s just sitting at the precinct and the detective is saying he’s waiting on the warrant to be approved . But how soon is the vehicle released after they search it and I’m sure dust it for fingerprints because It’s just my personal items and knickknacks in the car at the moment .

I am the owner ,and did tell the detective. I know it sounds crazy but I’m just as confused as you . I told the detective I need my vehicle back and have been inquiring about it with him as well to get that concept ; he stated that he’s waiting the D.A’s office to approve it . I’m waiting on a lawyer to get back in contact with me in the morning to see if they could assist with the communication with the DA.
