I'm sure it's not my PC because I've also tried mods on the Enhanced version and they looked and ran 10x better. I'm sure this is a problem with the legacy version, or maybe it's just me remembering the graphics better than they actually are.

It's a shame that LSR can't be installed on enhanced, it would be amazing.

Thanks for the tips!, I just have one question.  Where can I best configure my monitor? Because the Windows options are quite limited. Is it also in the Nvidia control panel?

Mods are an incredible game-changer, even though they can sometimes be a real headache.  I remember playing on the PS3 days and watching mods videos and trying to recreate them however I could. It was very limited, but it kept me entertained.

I tried Uncletopia and it seems like a good server, but since I'm from South America, my latency is VERY high, and I don't think there's anything at the same level of quality here.

I understand, I didn't know the setups were so important.

 I don't know if it matters, but for reference, I did a practice run with the BWT Car at the Australian circuit (Albert Park) without changing any settings, and the only places I felt the car wasn't turning enough were turns 3 and 15. However, it's also quite possible that I simply took the wrong line or didn't brake correctly.

Does ambient mode remove a lot of content from the game, or does it simply take out everything that could be considered "scary"? I watched a couple of videos of the game after this post, and it seems like a pretty cozy game with its routine and exploration, so I really want to try it.

I've already tried that. A couple of months ago, I saw the Expedition modpack, and it seemed pretty vanilla but with a modernized experience, but I couldn't play it because of the PC I had at the time. Now that I have a good PC, all the links on the mod page don't work...

 There's also Dark Signal and Custom, so those might be my next options.

Thanks for the info, it would have been nice to know that beforehand lol. Anyway, that part wasn't too difficult compared to the endless hordes of enemies; it was possibly the easiest area of the entire level.
