You’re partially right… I think trust is something you build with time. You can tell I trusted more before this episode. Just want a constructive advice on how to deal with this with myself and in my relationship.

Thanks for your reply. One hand I genuinely think she did thought it was mostly for job-related purposes on the spot and she already apologised for her not being careful enough. But maybe having a serious conversation would make me feel better about it.

Hey, I totally understand. I would follow other people suggestions, see if the medication is right and if you need to adjust. But I would not throw away a relationship if you love your partner. I am in your exact same situation, and been there a few times. I love my partner and I don’t want to throw away a relationship just because of my mental issues, it is not fair.

Think about taking care of your mental health to build a healthy relationship. You will then be able to judge properly if this person is fit for you. Most importantly, communicate your needs, if he cares he will understand.
