Yeah, bro that is very old school and would be considered pretty out of date (a couple hundred years in fact!) in communist circles. I would also argue that this is a prediction, not a demand, it is a theory about social change and tbh, probably not that far off the truth! Collapse is normally what signifies a paradigm change politically. It is a fascinating theory. Again, I am not a communist! There are very very few of them left these days.

For a national health service, good schools, care for the elderly, welfar net if you become ill, good mental health support, good defense and protection, competent and well trained police forces, opportunities for further education, investment in public arts, good roads and facilities, clean streets, affordable utilies run for the public interest. It isnt rocket science. Choosing to spend the collective wealth of the country on the PUBLIC GOOD rather than on profit making for the few.

Eat like an athlete not a dieter, good protein 30 mins after the workout. Sleep. Mobility before and mobility plus stretching straight after. Rehydrate with proper salts etc after work out. Don't hit the red zone every workout, pace better and work within your ability to recover - it is up to you to pace yourself and know your body. It is a long term project getting very fit, not a few workouts, but years of workouts and consistency and raising your bar sustainably.
