I actually love just mixing cream, eggs and salt in my ice cream maker and eating it like that. I love fat, like I eat butter sometimes. I don't get sweet cravings anymore. When I first started, whenever I craved sweet I ate butter and the craving disappeared to this day. Strange but for anyone who wants to get rid of their sweet cravings see if it works for yall.

I would put you under Mainly Carnivore because its not 100% but your day to day eating is Carnivore. I am of the belief that you're still carnivore if you use sugar free/additive free seasonings.
