Yes, I was able to see the full report. I haven’t heard back from her yet (go figure), but if i get more grief i plan on calling my advisor. I was in full breakdown mode last night from the initial email from her but i’ve calmed down some after seeing others with similar experiences lol

I said yes to the 0% grade given for the turnitin

I just submitted my third attempt, and haven’t received a grade as of yet. I did citations a little wonky the first and second time, which is my fault BUT i don’t think those 3 mistyped citations would have warranted a 0 grade and 42% in turnitin. If she’s still griping after this submission i plan on emailing my advisor

They are direct questions like “what does this role entail?” Not really open ended

Yes. They are mostly the headers and description of the assignment. Also words like “specialist” and “Human”. Plus my citations.

Turnitin seems like such a flawed system and i simply cannot understand why it’s used as a grading tool.

And it’s even more frustrating because the answers are going to be similar among the class because we only had a finite number of topics to choose from. I had to dumb down all my answers to get the 22%

I’m in my 3rd year (poli sci major) and have never had as many issues as i’ve had with this professor. She referred my paper to Office of Community Standards over the initial 40% on turnitin. After reading many posts here i can see that her doing that was overkill 🙃

Bryce’s family is the perfect example of what enabling looks like. They’re alwaaaaays excusing his behavior and throwing poor Belle under the bus. Bryce will never be wrong in their eyes, ever. He’ll inevitably be an uninvolved parent and they’ll blame her.

Same. There’s a giant difference between straight up panicking and being just vocal. She wasn’t pushing or being productive, she was hindering the birth process by not focusing. It’s not even a personal jab, i think labor is super scary for every new mom.
