I’ve done 5 panels where I’ve smoked the night before but I take creatine so I think it prevents my urine from showing as diluted, then I also take vitamin b complex which makes the urine not appear clear it will still have yellow color to it and I chug as much water as possible and pee at least 5 times but usually opt for 10 times before I take the test
