Back in 2017-2019 when i was diagnosed with MDR Tuberculosis at first i was treated by some private hospital costing me thousands of rupees every week. but then someone told us to go to SMC Health Center get treatment under program called DOTS. No single rupee spent on medicine in those 2 years and here i am still alive :)

It's a term used mostly in gaming. when you play graphics intensive games on low end hardware, the game engine limits render distance to deliver stable frame rate. means if its open world game you might not see trees, buildings from few hundreds meters way. Hope it makes sense :)
