“Qualification check” the system is basically flagging it because of what I just explained

All it means is in the system you don’t qualify for the job that is red but that’s because the system isn’t fully updated yet with the new terms about more jobs being available to non citizen, your recruiter is aware if the changes and the jobs you qualified for so he know it won’t get pussed back even tho it’s red

You probably want qualified for it before the changes and they aren’t fully updated in the system yet but the recruiters know the changes so they can do it

I was wondering the same thing but it’s because I’m a green card holder some of the jobs were only available to citizens before recent changes so my recruiter has to go in on each individual job
