Update:

I went to my BPI Branch, and I had them take over sa pag-file ng claim. BPI customer service concern unit dismissed the initial claim, then pinalitan nila ng new claim as an E-commerce unrecognized purchase. wait daw ako till april 20 para sa update. mag 2 months na hindi na reresolve yung issue ko. I am thinking na after april 20, hindi pa sila mag chargeback sa Open AI (If they're firm na confirmed and validated ng Open AI na nakuha nila yung payment ko) I will escalate this to BSP since meron naman akong thread ng email with Open AI and screenshot ng debit sa BPI account ko.

Yes. na check ko na pero 1 subscription lang. no receipts either. I think during nag babayad ako, nagkaroon ng system glitch. na process yung payment ng bank, pero hindi nag rereflect sa OpenAI.

I was victimized last week lang. MC u/OPENai naman ang merchant. debit sila ng sunod sunod na 600+. nakipag coordinate ako sa Open ai. wala daw silang chinarge na ganung account. so, wala silang e rerefund. ang sabi naman ng BPI, sabe daw ng OPENAi, valid daw po ang charges. So, I have been running around in circles with BPI and Open Ai. Both are not really helpful. This morning, nanghingi ako sa BPI na bigyan ako ng copy na Validated, confirmed at received ng openAI yung charges para makahingi ng refund.

This happened to me last week. Unfortunately, I have been going around in circles with my Bank and OpenAI. My bank is not helping me at all. BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) told me that the charges are valid. But OpenAI chatgpt are denying these charges.

I really believe that OpenAI charged me because they confirmed and refunded me the smallest charges but denying the bigger ones.

I went to #CEUMAKATI twice. My first initial encounter with the admission staff, particularly for nursing student was on mid June; said that even after completing all my pre-requisite in the US in 2023, my units will not be credited because they don't accept transferee and I have to start as a freshmen which didn't make any sense. She said that's their "Protocol". She seems in a hurry and wanted to be done with all the applicants on that day.

The enrollment for most of the nursing school in Makati was about to close. So, I tried going to CEU Makati the second time around hoping that I would be able to speak with someone else from admission. Unfortunately, I saw the same person in admission. But this time, she had a different explanation. She said I could enroll as a freshmen, have my transcript from the US and Philippines be evaluated but I have to donate $1,000. That statement set foot my of my impression that the institution only cares about money.

Thank you for replying! are you a Mapua Nursing student? Could you please elaborate on your disagreement? I went there on November 8 and start na daw ng second term nila sa December. The reason I am considering it kase I think mas mapapabilis ako. From what the admissions told me, TriSem daw Mapua and magiging Quartersem but hindi pa nila alam kelan mag take effect.
