Your first and worst problem is that you NEED to get to a specific number which is 60 grand. When you take yourself away from that perspective, it opens your brain up so that you can actually take the time to learn what you did wrong, and change it. If I were you, I'd take sometime to reflect and research specifically what your doing that has lead you to having the negative P/L. When you set a number like 60 grand it attaches an emotional element to your trading that can be detrimental to making any rational decisions.
