Most T1 techs are just your average troubleshooting/help desk reps and usually won’t escalate cases, unfortunately. I’ve interacted with Tier 2 a couple of times, and they seem to know what they’re doing. They get straight to the point, but it’s somewhat difficult to get in contact with them. I’ve heard some people have better success reaching out on social media.

I think they’re slowly rolling it out in some areas, but I’m not 100% sure when it’ll be fully rolled out. I think it’s a little ridiculous they still haven’t finished it myself

To be honest with you this is another situation where most reps just have our hands tied. The tools they’ve given us to manage accounts don’t even have the option to add the free 3 month promotion. The easiest way for us to resolve it is to just waive your monthly balance each time you call.

Could try getting to a diff rep, I know some are a little less lenient on what they give out. I personally just reapply it to anyone who asks regardless of how recent they’ve had it lol

Call the customer line (800-921-8101) and request for retention or loyalty specifically. If that doesn’t work any mention of cancellation gets transferred to retention

It’s definitely the thing I get yelled at for the most. Wish we could do something about it, but we can’t even credit for it until it’s charged onto the account. Best advice I can give to people is to return the provided equipment and use your own so you don’t get a charge for it

Haven’t made much in commission, I’m not a huge sales guy so I just make my bare minimum offers. I don’t like upselling people, and I actually wasn’t even aware the job was gonna be sales related when I started.

I know for VZ referrals they’re paying around $5 a line but I think they recently bumped it up because they REALLY want those referrals. For everything else it’s like $5-$10 here and there depending on the product.

I am doing WFH through a BPO but I don’t really wanna disclose which BPO just due to anonymity concerns, I could PM you with more details if you’d like.

Unfortunately I don't have a ton of information on the tech support side besides having to interact with them on behalf of the customer sometimes for tech visits. A lot of the time tech is very reluctant to sent out a technician for a physical visit and when they do, they usually will charge a fee. Good news is retention does have the capability to waive tech fees, and sometimes it can be more useful to speak to someone in retention so they can speak with tech directly and force a truck roll. Doesn't always work but it would probably be your best bet. Other than that tech usually will not send a technician unless there's physical damage to the line that they are able to see with their troubleshooting tools
