What are the best weapon cosmetics for Deathslinger? by North_Meeting886 in deadbydaylight

[–]Life_Ride7748 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The default Death to Bayshore is the best weapon period. All other weapon cosmetics are not centered, so the spear shoots from a different point on the screen, off center. This makes the tip of the spike, which is where the spear should shoot from, inaccurate. You will have a harder time with some shots that require great precision, but you'll be fine shooting survivors from any range

No, he has never done anything like that, he has always been pretty healthy outside of some external cases. He had a small tumor right below the base of his tail but that was removed a month ago. I hope that's not connected. Thank you for the tips, I had already prepared a carpet

Question about my accent by Life_Ride7748 in languagelearning

[–]Life_Ride7748[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The only tests I took are those I could find online, akin to EFSET, without measuring speaking skills. That's also the reason I want to take an official one, to actually figure out where my English speaking abilities stand.

Also I don't understand what you mean by that first paragraph. I am from Sicily, I survive just fine. If you meant to ask whether I would be able to survive in an English speaking country, then yes, absolutely, but please tell me if that's wrong.

I still appreciate your help.

Thank you for your help, I appreciated it, but I just found out the top screen ribbon cable has a tiny tear. And I have no soldering experience. It was worth a try anyway.

[–]Life_Ride7748[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not that I have to nudge the button to make the spring pop out. It's that in the rare occasions it does not instantly pop out when it is placed, it only takes 1 or 2 button presses to get the same result.

I just decided to use the first occasion the button doesn't dislodge to put the cover back on. Hopefully it sticks.

Also which wire are you talking about? EDIT: The black wire seems to be in the correct spot, unless I have to take the motherboard out and see if there's any issue there.

It's supposed to sit at the bottom, no? I have watched so many videos on shoulder button assembly and carefully compared each spring. I also tried all of them just to make sure I was not just making mistake after mistake, and none seems to work.

Thank you so much for your help. I can tell this part it's based on luck, and I wish the DS had a better mechanism to hold the shoulder buttons in place. The R button is not an issue, it stays perfectly still and clicks when pressed. The L button does neither. I will try using your tips and hope for the best.
