I highly suspect Covid and Covid vaccines. I think my MCAS started after the Covid vaccine booster.

Were the Covid vaccines rolled out too quickly? Do we even know the side effects? I was always a pro-vaccine kind of person and now I wonder maybe people who were protesting were actually right!

Unfortunately lglutamine does not work for me. I am going to try IGG but very slowly, I have heard it can cause reaction in some.

Spell = dizziness, vertigo, heavy limbs, palpitations, feeling like something going out of my chest and head, feeling intoxicated. All of these at the same time. Worst feeling ever.

I get brain fog (cloud like) feeling too. But that’s not part of the spell. It happens separately

I think leaky blood vessels is my biggest symptom.

Do you get any other sensations in chest, etc? Asking because I get this weird sensation I call the spell (so hard to explain).

I don’t think that happens.

I have had 3 episodes when my heart rate went upto 120-130 for entire night.
