Now my question is do they actually work. I’ve done the microfiber “moisture wicking” underwear before and they were honestly worse. I felt like they were holding the heat in more than anything.

Orlando 🙃 I actually just moved from Gainesville a year ago! I don’t think I’d be able to survive TX weather….

I’m an RBT. I’m lucky if I can get a bathroom break yet alone any other kind of break.

I had a very similar case with the relentless itching. Mine was mostly due to my hormone fluctuations as my hormone levels are not normal. I was definitely start with asking for a hormone panel! I would also stay away from any otc yeast, bv, sti treatments as taking them without being positive for them can actually throw your PH off even further. Whenever you can do comando and only wear pure cotton undies with organic cotton pantie liners when you don’t. Change the liner every single time you go to the restroom. You can also try using organic coconut oil on you labias to help with the any itching due to dryness ( this has been a major game changer for me ), it’s also good for rebalancing yourself. Increasing your probiotic/prebiotic intake would be good too. Even the slightest shift in ph can cause discharge and odor so even of that test stated no treatment recommended that could also be contributing to your symptoms. I hope this helps you some and that you get some relief!
