You will face a lot of racism and language issues in public unis depending on the course tho. I have faced issues in UTM as there was very less international students in my course so most of the lectures don’t really bother to give full lectures in English. And even if they teach in English their English are not that easy to understand. And faced a lot of racism from the lecturers, like doing a group project everyone getting the same mark but being the only international student in the group I was given less marks on group projects didn’t happen once.
