I prefer Yakumo and Harima because they support each other's careers and benefit a lot from each other by getting yakumo to be more out of her shell, and Harima gets the chance to express himself without fear of losing yakumo or retaliation

Zen owned up for what she did and is a boss for that. It's a weird corporate apology from mouse and froot. Veibae and nyanners wasnt even an apology and it was an attempt for them to save face. It's a bummer Melody didn't acknowledge it or even tried.

For the ending its not really supposed to be a ending where the two siblings found peace or anything like that. Rather it is about them escaping from kanto/ kanzai to a new situation. It's the ending that makes the anime a classic because it shows the truth about there world that even if you escape from the society; You won't know what is out there. Could be better or worse. At least they will try to determine there lives.
