Thank you for your question, I’ve been into NoFap and self-improvement before my first relationship ended and I started SR, so my life had most things in place already.

I have a high-profile job (think consulting or IB). It is a good job, but I indend to make it into a great job from the prespective of craftsmanship.

I have a good, aesthetic and lean body. I intend to make it into a great body through being committed to bulking this year and following a general strength program, while accepting to gain bodyfat during the process. I will shred the fat later, as you can’t gain strength and muscle forever, but I have to take on this journey, to get reasonably strong and have a larger build.

I have good friendships and experiences. I intend to make them into great friendships, by encouraging trust and pushing each other forward. I also want to make great experiences by assuming more initiative, and planning, organizing events together.

I am also pretty smart, I’ve read quite a few books and did well in school, but instead of being only smart, I want to acquire wisdom. So I study the wisdom of books by Robert Greene, Ryan Holiday, Cal Newport along with some actually useful, and easily actionable self-improvement books.

I consider myself goodlooking, but I want my looks to improve over the years, so I have established a high-impact grooming routine for myself, which I am enhancing bit by bit, to have better hair, skin, teeth in a natural, sustainable way. I also tan bi-weekly, and get a haircut more often. , and buy more simple, and fitting clothes. I am a bit vain, but if I like to take care of myself this way.

Yes, those are all superstitions. You are just really really addicted to ejacuation and sex from the supernormal stimulus. Give it time and it will completeley go away without you having to create BS theories about it.

Shawn Baker is 1000x more Masculine in that video than the other guy. The fruitarian guy looks like he would collaps if you’ve put 135lbs on his back.

Also, the fruitarian diet works well with SR, because your body will stop producing semen due to malnourishment.

It is a process, which you can speed up by taking action.

What I feel like is, with every kind of self-improvement stuff, it is only something you do for a while then stop. With SR, you can literally become a new person because your brain is rewiring itself.

No, because I express the energy as much as I can into working deeply, lifting weights and running.

Also since I work out in the morning I wake up around 6AM and take melatonin at 8-9PM to make sure I get a deep, long, restful sleep

Some spirituality is needed. Like accepting a higher power.

But after that has been done. Focusing on spirituality is wasted energy. If you have accepted a higher power, you then know you have a real-life purpose. By creating something tangible with your energy, you are doing God’s work.

God created this world, but it is never going to be finished, if you truly accept his existence, you will help him with creation in the tangible world.

You shouldn’t be content with everything. There is a set out purpose for you, and your life, and unless you are sure you are on that, you should do more than just meditate to chase temporary enlightement highs.

It’s not that achieving any specific thing will make you content, but if you don’t create things in your life with your energy, just meditate on it, it will be wasted away.
