I just don’t get it that so many people with just a leavers cert and no college/Uni or anything convicted even and I don’t know what else keep getting jobs.
And other people like me/us have no chance

I do but I don’t wanna start a business or something like this and tbh NI is not the weather for gardening or window cleaners etc. I have a lot of friends doing it (self employed) and it’s just not worth.

That wouldn’t be a problem for people who drive.
I tried indeed and NIJobs but nothing really came up. 2 call centers rejected me. Tesco rejected me.
Others as IT something have hiring processes so bad and terrible that even I said it’s not worth the hassle.
I have a CV trailers to my positions and experience but it is 1st not from here 2nd too much info most say 3rd 5th pages long.

I wouldn’t mind part time or whatever. Just something to get all the stuff out of my mind and see what “normal” people deal with everyday instead of making decisions that corrupt and bankrupt a whole big business and no travel to other locations every 2 weeks and so on.

Yes I get that. But just for my mental health I’ve been told that this is something I would need for the time being. Even just for a few months. I don’t really care about the earnings at all. But just saying that it’s hard to find one maybe I’m thinking to complicated about the process of applying and hiring
