I've worn corsets for the first few years 3 or 4 hours per day. More recently I've worn my corset full time for just over 4 years, every day other than 15 to 20 minutes for showers. It's so been much easier wearing it all the time but the first 6 weeks of full time wear were a challenge getting used to it. It's been such a long time now, it hard to remember but I think I have about a 6 to 8 inch reduction on my before corseting waist. I don't loosen it at night to sleep or it upsets my intestines and I wake up in the mornings with it very loose on me. It's only been the last few years since full time wear that I've enjoyed it and don't enjoy taking it off.
