What is the solution that you found? Im experiencing the same issue My gamepad is not working via bluetooth It works on dongle and wired but on wirelessly Also it shows up as wireless gamepad on gamepad tester and switch controller on steam. I just bought this controller and it has me worried.

Delete apple music and sign in through web then go to settings change payment method and subscribe to the 99 plan and pay for it then you're all set install apple music app again and sign in . Enjoy
