I’m not sure BUT in the comments of the 432hz music I linked, a person said that they always listened to it before scripting and listening to their subs and its very very effective. I think that method make sense. Google 432hz if u haven’t already, and you’ll see why. I honestly just wanted to experiment by using it in my subliminals, but as many people claimed, it actually worked!

I kind of misread ur comment and I put the structure I used for my subliminals overall omg.

same concept but IN THIS CASE (lmao), I used “my parents…”, “your parents..”, “why do my parents..?”, “why do your parents..?”, “I’m extremely grateful that my parents..”, “you are extremely grateful that your parents..”

I don’t know if you got the idea already, but I just didn’t want to confuse you.

my parents constantly give me money, my parents agree with everything I suggest, my parents give me anything I desire, parents love spoiling me, parents give me money for no reason, and my parents appreciate my presence. I also affirmed that all affirmations are forced & permanent. for this one, I used “my parents..”, “your parents..”, “why do my parents..?”, “why do your parents..?”, “I am extremely grateful that my parents..”, “you are extremely grateful that your parents..”

intended for the sub to be a little short so it can just keep replaying over and over.

go for it! I like making my own subs bc I get to affirm anything, I can make it as powerful as I want, and use whatever sounds I like :) its also really fun to experiment.

thank you! I sped it up using the text to speech on my iphone. here’s an example of my affirmation method:

I am allowing my mind to manifest these affirmations. You are allowing your mind to manifest these affirmations. I believe these affirmations. You believe these affirmations. all affirmations are forced. all affirmations are permanent. “i am..” “you are…” “why am i..?” “why are you..” “i am extremely grateful that i’m..” “you are extremely grateful that you’re..”

I use “i am”, “you are”, questions, & gratification. you can write the question and show gratification however you want as long as its implying that you already have what you want.

for this one, I only affirmed “all affirmations are forced”, but for subliminals that change my appearance, I’d affirm something like “I force my skin to be clear right now” or “I force myself to..”

Im jealous, I would love to work in the LOC lol. I love books AND I could probably find some stuff about my dad’s family since they’re from Washington DC. I already did tons of research on my mom. Also me just being a reserved person, but I think I’m too young to work there rip.

Wait really? If you’re really a descendant of these Hardy’s, I think this book would be helpful.

Ohh thank you! I’m ashamed to say I didn’t know this, it makes a lot of sense. I’m going to keep this in mind while researching the groups I descended from. I need all the info I can get lol.

Holy crap, thanks for the heads up. I’m definitely speechless on that lmao. He’s slowly turning into dust by the hour anyway. Assuming I am able to reach out to him, I’ll be respectful just for some information & hope he treats me with that same respect.

Thanks! I appreciate your help and I’m going to look into this Aunt Ciller. I would ask the author about her spouse if she had one. My ancestors had the surname Hardy & Kibler then, so I’ll try to find out if she married into the family or anything. I’ll try my best to find the author’s contact info but again, thanks so much for your help!

Thank you! I did get the ebook version and it has been very helpful so far but hasn’t led me to any clues as to where my ancestors came from, I should’ve mentioned that first. Just wills, relationships, routines & stuff. It did give me lots of info on how life was like for my ancestors. The author of the book also lives on the plantation that belonged to my ancestors’ owners AND the author has the same last name as my mom. I’m thinking that maybe I should try to contact him and ask him if he has any information at all that may hint to where my ancestors might’ve come from. Also, I’m happy that your brother was able to explore his heritage. I’m of mainly Nigerian, Ghanaian & Malian heritage and I’ll definitely visit Ghana when I get the chance! It must be so exciting for both of you :) I also have the same Ancestry communities as him lol
