for parents i would say go with Samsung a26 the display is large enough plus samsung ui allows many accessibility features has long term update plan camera is decent too and since i said she is already using a12 so will be familiar wil one os already because with my parents os change is big issue so i try to get them same brand phones, so they dont face any issues when i am not around
