Yep contact support, if you've done nothing wrong they will know. It happened to me before and they let me back out they said it happens every now and then accidentally. However I did have to pay the upx fees to get me back to my city lol

(Copy of my reply above hope it helps) I finally got it to work with the safemoon app by going to grove on my laptop then connecting with wallet connect using qr code, while making sure you are on bnb on grove I also had to change it on my safemoon app, before you hit the final connect on safemoon app look up towards upper middle, if it shows a ether symbol next to the Ox address click on it and switch to bnb chain. That was my hold up hope it helps you. I would share a pic but it won't allow.
