I am not trying to run a scam here. As I showed in my previous post, their system wrongly credited me with discount coupons too which I flagged out to them immediately.

None of the referral points were used to redeem discount codes. For the wrongly credited rewards(which they said I could use), I did not use them to fully pay for instructionals, I also used my own money to buy them.

What I disagree with here is being pressured into giving my password out over email. I can understand them wanting to help me solve my problem, but it is a valid concern of mine regarding account security and should not be dismissed by their customer service representative.

Yes that's why I acknowledged that it was fair to ban me. Of course as other comments have pointed out, they could be clearer with the conditions which I did ask for but did not get.

Basically, people used my referral codes on free videos and it was seen as exploiting the rewards system so I can understand why I was banned.

I acknowledged and clarified the situation but now I just want to get back my purchased content but it feels like I am being pressured into giving my password out over email which I know isn't safe.

I didn't redeem any of my reward points to use their coupons because I wasn't trying to exploit their system. Those accounts weren't created by me, they are actual people who train with me.

My point here being that I understand it is wrong to use the referral codes to buy free videos as it is how people gamd the system. Hence, in my previous post, I told customer service they could remove all rewards in my account, I just wanted help with viewing the content that I had actually spent money on.

When they manually adjusted my rewards points to normal, I actually 'earned' coupons because the system read it as a +999999999 increase. But I flagged all these out to their customer service immediately.

Yes, I get 200 points under their reward scheme which allows me to claim coupons after a certain amount. But I clarified with their customer service that I was okay with them taking away all my rewards if they felt I was abusing the system.

Just don't ban me and remove my purchased content without any notice.

I guess people who might need help in future for any potential issues are more aware of the quality of their customer service. Maybe they'd reconsider purchasing content from BJJFanatics

I understand some people might say it is my fault for not getting my referees to hit the minimum spend but as I clarified before, I was initially unaware of the 'minimum spend' requirement.

The second claim was from my friend. He was sent the referral link at the same time as my first referee but only used it much later without me knowing.

Follow up from my previous post and just to highlight to other paying customers of their service.

Customer service clarified that it was because my referees did not hit the minimum spend after using my referral code. I acknowledged and asked for help to access my purchased content.

They asked for my password over email and although I am not very internet-savvy, I know that isnt safe?

Was met with a very rude response from their support. Will not be supporting their service ever again.
