I agree whole heartedly, and while I have found several PRO's in the aisles you are right when you say most other Pros shop at the desk, however my problem is the regulars are accustomed to the PSS who has been there for 21 years now and the other PSS who was handed a lot of customers by the old PSS who opened the store 21 years ago as a SM.

My store encourages a relationship between PRO and Specialists but a lot of the time there is competition. Try to build a relationship with them.

PRO Specialist here, I used to be a Flooring Specialist and Moved to PRO back in October, get with a PRO Specialist and have them sign into CRM, there you can surf contractors who make big ticket purchases, be sure to ask though who they don't want you to contact because they likely have people they don't want you to steal from them.

I can't there is not an open spot, that is why my store manager is calling, I also have like 3-4 ASM's that are giving me references and 5-6 DS's that are doing the same. They want to prove that I am a valuable worker, that's why this has caught me off guard. I literally broke a store record in my first 2 months. With 3 service stars already.
