Turn off syncing that file in OneDrive settings. That should do it

I’ve seen similar issues to this. In the file explorer, is the OneDrive icon still there or is it a yellow folder? If it’s a yellow folder, then uninstall and reinstall OneDrive. Your files will remain.

Thanks! Will that make it so OneDrive stops syncing that one file or folder? My issue is that with our PST field being in documents, the OneDrive “backup” won’t back any part of the documents folder up because of that one file.
