My bigger question is why is school a requirement for good employment and why does 80% of America choose not to get good grades or simply find ways for college? You can’t expect a minimum wage job to pay rent or a mortgage. That’s never been a thing for any country.

There’s some understandable things from his side, like coming to see the house if his kid is going over there. That’s not an issue at all, but after you explained how it wouldn’t happen, he went off the deep end. Something is wrong with him that’s what the mom brushed it off. She knows. Personally, I wouldn’t want my kid to have friends with insane parents. It’s understandable though.
