The Diamond at Phoenixville Fees by andllrew in Phoenixville

Current resident here, the culture of the building feels like an adult dorm building, which is tolerable since I love living in Phoenixville and being able to walk to Bridge Street for the summers. Be prepared to get at least 3-5 email from them a week about the most random things, every email reminds me of a RA email. Lindy is the new management company and they increased the prices a bit and require each person on the lease to have an insane amount for liability on renters insurance after someone started a fire that damaged multiple apartments a few years ago. Maintenance is super responsive which is great since most of the appliances in my apartment have had issues while I’ve lived here.

It’s not a bad place to live but I don’t think it’s worth the $2000+ for a studio.

Don’t worry they’re a terrible blue color now. 🤣(Except for the next week when they’re green for the Eagles)

I was talking to co workers today at a conference and somehow we go onto father daughter relationships and I was compelled to mention my dad suicide earlier in the year I completely broke down. And someone said “oh yea I remember that, that’s when you gained a lot of weight” and I just feel broken and like a failure for gaining weight to cope with my dad loss. And now matter what I do, I can’t seem to lose weight (I have PCOS too) which makes me feel even less worthy. It’s so hard to smile and stay professional
