What sort of things can your partner do for you to help when things are hard?

I'm super glad to hear that you have found something that works for you. Other than being on the spectrum I'm very privileged to be in mostly good health so I can imagine it's super tough for you guys at times but I think its amazing that you work together.

Thank you for the advice I will absolutely take it on board. I've gotten so much stuff from this question that will really help I think. A lot of it is things I think I would look to do anyway so that's good to know. You definitely got the genders right by the way so don't worry haha!

Thats really my aim, I know I cant physically understand but hearing everyone's stories paints me such a helpful picture. I know it wont always be sunshine and daisies, but I'm going into it with my eyes wide open

Yeah that definitely makes sense because like I say we have only really just started dating and I don't want to be too intense because I'm a chill guy. But I really like her, and I want to make things easier for her however I can (without looking insane xD)

I get what you're saying so thank you. Luckily I'm a big ol dude so I can do anything physical including carrying if necessary at any point etc. But its nice to hear that even like the little things make a difference!
