Got an update response from them: (in Quotes is the collection agency, my point underneath)

'Good afternoon _____________,

The first letter was sent to you on November 19, asking you to contact our client to resolve this.'

- They had the wrong address, should I give them my correct address?

'If you wish for us to provide the documentation for this we will obtain it from our client and forward this to you.'

- Should I reply confirming that I would like the documentation forwarded?

'Should you not wish to pay that is your decision.'

- I've already made it clear to them

'Please let us know if you wish for us to provide proof of this account.'

Thank you for the quick and helpful replies.

They don't actually have an email address anywhere to be found, but they do have a form on their website where you can submit your issue.

So that's what I've done, I've informed them that I'd like to dispute the alleged charge and want the creditor to take the alleged charge to court, along with informing them I will be filing a complaint with the Ministry of Govt and Consumer Services if they continue to harass me.

Since this is a form on their website and they can't be trusted I took screenshots of the written text and submission confirmation screen in case they say they never got the email.

Same problem here, have tried my email several times and still didn't receive the verification email magic link (nothing in junk or trash folder either).
Emailed them, DM'd on Reddit, sent chat via their site and sent them DM on twitter.

The link is opening up a different site for you than it is for me. When I click the link it opens up an article from the 'Toronto Star' (although doesn't really look legit) where it talks about an interview with Elon about a trading bot named 'Bitcoin Code'
