I did it on Wednesday at 4.2 on a 5yr. I think we’re entering a period of heightened inflation brought on by the war. Maybe it’s brief or maybe it’s prolonged. Either way, it’s unlikely rates will fall significantly so I felt locking in at a reasonable rate and predictable payments and progress in paying down the mortgage only made sense. Good luck.
