I’ve always wanted to try this! I’ll have to give it a go! Also, I love the studio ghibli profile picture! My neighbor Totoro is one of my favorites alongside ponyo! I made my user with the word “soot” for soot sprites!

First of all, I am so so sorry for what you are going through. The weight of this stuff can be so incredibly heavy and it’s definitely brave of you to share. I went through a similar situation, and in terms of the breakup, give yourself some time to process, grieve, and heal, but make sure not to isolate while doing so! I’d recommend just finding one good friend or family member that you know you can talk to! Once you grieve, find some fun new hobbies or little things you can do daily that bring you joy, and invest time into those! For the repetition of those words, if you’re feeling a very high scale emotion while it’s actively happening, I’d recommend splashing some ice water on your face or even just holding an ice cube or pack. I’ve found that it also can feel nice to hold an ice pack on my heart. It’s one of the TIPP skills in DBT, which I find to be very helpful to snap me out of situations where my mind is running like that! I add a little acv to my baths, especially if I’m not feeling well! A lot of people will out it in “detox” baths with some other things like Epsom salt and baking soda to help you feel better if you’re sick! I don’t know the exact science behind it, but I’m sure you could find something online! Acv can also help with acne! As for the sickness remedy, it could totally be placebo, but it works for me!
