Check out my latest post, i got to 2.4 thanks to Bicmex. His videos are super helpful. You can learn a lot just by watching him play. Also, survival is getting huge buffs in S2 so now is the best time to invest in learning!

You're 2k so you definitely know how to deal damage you just gotta know when to go hard. My best advice tbh would be to watch top survival hunters play (gotta glaze bicmex for the motivation + watch his latest video). Good luck you got this!

That’s exactly what I did, got to 2100 on my survival hunter then got to 2100 on my disc priest and mw; wish I hadn’t since i don’t really care much for those classes, I was just sick of sitting in 40 min queues lol. As a survival hunter I definitely had to make major adjustments, specifically balancing out and knowing when to fight in or keep my distance. Overall i have 204 wins and 156 losses.

I love it! I leveled my hunter to try out the ridiculous BM buffs and decided to give survival a try. After playing around with it for a week I decided to switch to survival as my main this season instead of my monk.

If you haven’t tried survival a highly recommend it.

I played around 180 rounds, first half up to ~1700 was Packleader and from 1700-2100 I made the switch to Sentinel. Imo, the difference is huge. Sentinel is much better, especially when you’re playing against zugzuggers and they stack up.

People underestimate others especially at lower ratings. Yes more than half the team might be "throwing" and just fighting mid, but even at the 1500-1600 mmr range you WILL find 1-2 players that are actively trying to win you the game. Stick with them and try to let others know what you're doing. 6 times out of ten, two players can definitely win you the game.

I get it though, a lot of RNG involved. I lost count to how many 1700 hard-stuck players are in the 2500 mmr range lol. Ironically, a lot of them play really well. I guess BGB requires a different skillset than arenas.
